Dr. Marcel Jacobs, PT, DPT, CSCS is a licensed physical therapist and certified strength coach.

Marcel earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University, where he completed advanced coursework in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation. His extensive fitness background and early exposure to physical therapy shaped his belief that rehabilitation should do more than eliminate pain. It should restore strength, rebuild confidence, and elevate performance.

His treatment philosophy is rooted in precision, movement quality, and long-term resilience. Marcel views the body as an integrated system and believes sustainable results come from identifying underlying mechanical limitations rather than addressing isolated symptoms. His approach blends advanced manual therapy with structured strength development and corrective exercise to create durable, high-performing bodies.

Marcel works with athletes, executives, and growth-oriented individuals who value intentional care and measurable progress. While many patients initially seek treatment for a specific injury such as elbow pain, back discomfort, or post-operative recovery, his process extends far beyond symptom resolution. Through education, accountability, and structured progression, he helps patients expand their understanding of what their bodies are capable of achieving.

Every plan of care is individualized and systemized. Marcel emphasizes ownership, discipline, and long-term adaptation, equipping patients with the tools and confidence necessary to sustain results well beyond the clinical setting. His mission is to redefine modern rehabilitation by creating optimized, resilient individuals rather than simply resolving isolated complaints.

Dr. Alexander Konert, PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist whose treatment philosophy centers on precision-driven rehabilitation, movement quality, and long-term performance.

Alexander earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University, where he developed a clinical approach rooted in detailed movement analysis, individualized strength integration, and advanced hands-on manual therapy. His focus extends beyond symptom relief — identifying underlying mechanical limitations and restoring efficient movement patterns that support durable, sustainable function.

He is trained in Functional Mobilizations, Active Release Techniques (ART), KT Taping, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), and Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) methodologies. Alexander integrates tools such as shockwave therapy, cupping, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization with progressive corrective exercise to optimize neuromuscular control and tissue capacity. Every plan of care is intentional and highly individualized — never templated, never guesswork.

Alexander’s passion for movement began at age 10 through competitive fencing, eventually competing regionally and nationally before continuing as a Division I athlete at Penn State. That experience shaped his respect for disciplined training, structured progression, and the process of adaptation. He understands performance demands firsthand and is deeply committed to helping clients build resilience, reduce injury risk, and restore confidence in their bodies.

His clinical interests include working with athletes and active professionals, persistent or recurrent injuries, injury prevention, and performance optimization. His treatments combine movement precision, manual skill, and progressive strength development to create long-term durability — not temporary fixes.

Outside the clinic, Alexander enjoys DJing, training, exploring new restaurants, traveling to visit family in Poland and Italy, and spending time camping and hiking.
